Returns Are Not Free

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

1. The item must include all original parts, components, accessories, and packaging.
2. The item must show only normal handling. Items damaged due to careless or improper use cannot be returned.
3. Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. If the product is defective, the defect must be reported immediately after receipt.
5. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the return will be processed within 7 business days.

Mila Montreal reserves the right to refuse a return if we suspect that the item has been used, damaged, or returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above.

How to Request a Return

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

2. Include the Required Information

Please include the following details in your email:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return request
• A photo of the product if the item is damaged or defective
• Your first and last name
• Your full delivery address

3. Wait for Return Instructions

We will contact you with the correct return address.

Do not send the product back to the sender’s address on the package. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

4. Ship the Return

The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our central warehouse in Asia.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mila Montreal is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, received the last item in your order.

To request a cancellation, you must contact Mila Montreal by email with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Because we use an automated order processing system, orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled before delivery.

If your order is already on its way, please wait until you receive the products and then follow our return process.

A refund cannot be issued after delivery unless the products are returned and inspected.

Orders in Transit

Our products may be shipped from Asia, which can result in longer transit times. These shipping times are outside of our direct control.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible while the order is in transit.

You may still contact us in advance to let us know that you intend to return the order after delivery.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us the return tracking confirmation once the item has been shipped back.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned products have been received and approved.

What We Refund

Mila Montreal will refund:

• The payment received for the returned product
• Standard delivery charges, where applicable

What We Do Not Refund

Mila Montreal does not refund:

• Return shipping costs
• Additional delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive shipping method
• Items damaged due to improper use, careless handling, or misuse
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items sent to the wrong return address

Important Return Notice

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

Please do not return your order to the sender’s address shown on the package. Always wait for the return address provided by Mila Montreal before shipping your return.
